Because no spark is the same, we tailor your film to reflect the beauty of your specific story. We take a journalistic approach during pre-production, researching and fully exploring who you are and what elements of each couple ought to be highlighted to enhance the narrative of your love. We customize each package, based on needs and budget, to provide an elevated cinematic experience.
We can also add visual drama, like time lapse photography for transitional scenes and aerial video of special locations, to amplify and mirror the script that you’ve already written.
Minimist aims to capture more than just one day. We seek to curate and magnify the special moments that accentuate your love; whether you’re marrying a hot air balloon pilot, celebrating your bachelor/ette party, or would like to incorporate the road trip to your destination, we have a multitude of custom side sessions to offer.
While we provide three base packages, which include wedding day, rehearsal dinner, and a couples interview, there are endless side session additions to vividly enliven your film.
Accessing the same meticulous vision in our films, Minimist now offers wedding photography. If you choose to include photo with your video package, we can assuredly deliver the same magic in cinematic portraits, that match the style of your film.
We passionately express that an organic moment is not achieved through staging. Our main goal, for video, is to capture couples as they are. The Minimist philosophy is “absolute beauty is found in natural chemistry”.
We want to ensure you’re able to be present and truly enjoy your day. From happy tears, to belly laughs; from friends dancing, to heartfelt words from family. Our job is to collect all of the charm and emotion of your wedding day for you to reminisce and reflect on for years.
We take pride in having an eye for enthusiastic precision, however, it is much more than just a breathtaking close-up. Minimist is eager to learn every little, meaningful thing about our couples that make them who they are, from style influences to familial tradition. We encourage you to share the pieces that brought you here, no matter how small.
