Timelapse

I absolutely love everything about capturing timelapse. It takes a high level of understanding of the technology as well as knowing exactly what it is you want to create. It takes a lot of preparation and then once it is running, you have to just sit back and let it run through the automation. I have sat under the stars, unable to see the milky way above me, wondering if I am going to get it. Then even in the morning, the images look mostly black. But after processing them, like magic, the night sky comes alive and our human perception of time gets warped. Timelapse lets you time travel and see our solar system at night, and cloud systems in the day, whirl over head in ways that our naked eye couldn’t see, or wouldn’t see, because of our perception of time.

Drone

It’s all about perspective. Showing the world from above can change the way we see everything. It brings our human scale down for a moment. We seem small in a very big world all while showing how truly special it is that the two of you found each other out there on this blue rock hurtling through space. Ok, maybe that’s a bit dramatic… but you get the gist. Drone elicits drama.
